Yesterday and today we had bike training with Counties Manukau Sports Educators.
I really enjoyed the drive with No hands.
What I found hard was nothing I liked it - I can do anything.
What I learnt was:
1. I learnt how to drive with No hands.

2. Check my helmet using 2, 4, 2 (2 fingers on your forehead to make sure the helmet is not too high or low, 4 straps around your ears, 2 fingers in the strap under your chin to make sure it's not too loose)
3. Check your bike using ABCD. A is for air, B is for brakes,, C is for chain and D is for direction (check handle bars)
My top tip for learning to ride is to go fast and stop pedaling and remove your hands
Blog ya later,
